Amanda is a Registered Psychotherapist and practice owner supporting millennial professionals, adults and couples in Niagara Falls and across Ontario. She supports clients with anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic illness, burnout, and neurodivergent clients, including Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults.
Her approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in a neuro-affirming, anti-pathologizing framework. Amanda is known for helping clients who appear successful outwardly but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted beneath the surface, often carrying the weight of perfectionism, trauma, or neurodivergence while balancing demanding careers and complex relationships.
Her commitment to client care has been recognized through several honours, including the 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Award in 2021 and Reader’s Choice Awards for seven consecutive years, from 2019 to 2025, across multiple categories. She was also nominated for the RBC Women of Influence National Award for her contributions to the mental health field.
With 18 years of experience across community mental health and private practice, Amanda brings a broad clinical perspective to her work. She has served as a Behavioural and Mental Health Consultant for school boards, supported neurodivergent individuals through local organizations, and worked as an individual and group therapist for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
Additionally, she has provided rehabilitation support to first responders and motor vehicle accident clients and served as Clinical Manager at Pathstone Mental Health. She continues to deepen her practice through research in psychoneuroimmunology, Autistic burnout, and gender bias in late-life neurodivergent diagnosis.
Amanda integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Trauma- and Attachment-Informed Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Gestalt, and Interpersonal Therapy to provide personalized care that supports lasting, authentic change.
